Shipping and Returns
To assist with COVID-19 social distancing measures, free home delivery on assembled bikes is available upon request to ACT and regional customers.
Onya offer free shipping nationwide on orders over $20. Orders under $19.99 will be charged a $7 flat rate shipping fee.
All parts and accessories are delivered by Australia Post to the delivery address supplied at check-out.
Bikes can not be shipped. Please contact the Onya team for interstate bike sales.
Orders received before 2pm on any business day will be dispatched the same day.

- ACT 2-3 days
- New South Wales 2-3 days
- Northern Territory 3-7 days
- Queensland 2-6 days
- South Australia 2-4 days
- Tasmania 2-8 days
- Victoria 2-3 days
- Western Australia 3-10 days
- International shipping is not available

Tracking is available. Please contact the Onya team to obtain your tracking number. Then visit, http://www.auspost.com.au/ and enter your tracking number.
Only damaged or faulty stock can be returned to Onya Canberra: 61 Lathlain St, Belconnen, ACT, 2617.
Customers who change their mind cannot return their purchase(s).
Returns must be sent to Onya Canberra within two weeks of receipt. The Onya team will do their best to source a new product and ship at no extra cost. In instances when a product cannot be sourced, the Onya team will offer a refund or store credit.
Please check goods thoroughly upon receipt before destroying packaging or removing attached tags.
